Description

Wonderful side dish for everyday, or for the Holidays. The sauce is great on mashed potatoes, or to sop up with bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Small Onion, Thinly Sliced, Or 1 Bunch Green Onions Diced (or A Little Of Each)
  • 1 envelope Ranch Dressing Mix, 1 Ounce Packet
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 pound Whole Mushrooms

Preparation

Put all ingredients in crock pot, cook on low for 4 hours.

You can cook on stovetop over low heat also.
