Crispy oven-roasted Brussels sprouts crusted with grated Parmesan cheese. These Brussels sprouts are a quick cheesy side dish that is perfect for every meal. There is no need to pre-boil the Brussels sprouts before cooking because they cook perfectly through when they are oven-roasted. I like to serve these vegetables with chicken and a side of pasta for a quick weeknight meal.
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Cut ends off Brussels sprouts and cut in half.
In a medium bowl, mix Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Spread Brussels sprouts out into a baking dish. Bake for 25–30 minutes.
