Description

This Parmesan Herb Corn on the Cob is an easy side dish that’s loaded with flavor!

Ingredients

  • 4  Ears Corn, Husked And Cleaned
  • 8 Tablespoons Land O Lakes® Soft Squeeze™ Spread, Divided
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 teaspoons Fresh Rosemary, Chopped
  • 4 teaspoons Fresh Thyme, Chopped
  • ¾ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • Parsley For Garnish, If Desired

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper or foil.

Place ears on prepared pan and spread 1 tablespoon of Land O Lakes® Soft Squeeze™ Spread onto each ear. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or just until corn starts to brown, turning occasionally so corn does not burn. Remove from oven.

While corn is roasting, in a small bowl, combine grated Parmesan, rosemary, thyme, and garlic powder.

Once corn is roasted, spread each ear with remaining Land O Lakes® Soft Squeeze™ Spread. Sprinkle Parmesan herb mixture over each ear. Top with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
