Who doesn’t love a 10-minute side dish? I could honestly eat this for a meal. I (heart) couscous.
In a small saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Then stir in couscous. Cover and remove from the heat. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Remove the lid and fluff the couscous with a fork. Stir in Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle in the fresh herbs and toss gently. Serve warm or room temperature.
