Sweet smoky and sticky sprouts. From lowly sprout to king of veggies.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Put the trimmed Brussels sprouts in a bowl. Add oil, salt and black pepper and toss to combine. Put them on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast for 15-18 minutes.
Dice bacon. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain off the grease and set aside.
In a saucepan, heat maple syrup and apple juice over medium high heat until bubbly. Reduce to medium heat and cook for four minutes.
Pour the roasted sprouts and glaze into a bowl and toss to coat. Add bacon. Serve piping hot. Enjoy!
