Roasted broccoli with a great light lemon flavor, toasted pine nuts and Parmesan cheese.
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Cut florets off broccoli head. Discard the stalk. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, lemon juice, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour borccoli on large cookie sheet. Roast in oven for 25 minutes. Remove broccoli from oven and toss with Parmesan cheese and toasted pine nuts.
