These oven fries are easy to make and delicious. The horseradish adds a nice kick to the dipping sauce, too.
For the oven fries, in a bowl, combine oil, chives, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add fries and toss to coat. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 425ºF for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
While the fries are baking, combine all of the ingredients for the horseradish cream in a small bowl. Stir to combine.
Serve fries hot with horseradish cream on the side.
