These pickled beets were a staple in my Grandma’s fridge. They are tangy, sweet, and they get better the longer they sit in your fridge. I promise you, they are the best pickled beets you’ll ever have!
Boil the vinegar and sugar in a saucepan for five minutes. Pour over the beets and add in the remaining ingredients. Stir to combine. Let sit overnight and enjoy!
