Description

Perfect if you are hosting for the holidays!

Ingredients

  • 5 pounds Potatoes
  • 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 teaspoons Onion Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoons Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • Milk, If Needed

Preparation

1. Cook potatoes and drain off water. Add ingredients and beat till fluffy. Add milk if needed.

2. Cover and refrigerate. Use within two weeks.

3. Bake in a 9×13 pan at 350ºF for 30-45 minutes.
