Description

Delicious side dish with ham, pork, or fish.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Salt (For Boiling Water)
  • 16 ounces, weight Whole Fresh Green Beans, Ends Snipped
  • 2 Tablespoons Pure Honey
  • 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
  • ¼ cups Chopped Pecan Pieces

Preparation

In a pot of boiling salted water, add green beans and cook 4 minutes. Drain and place into a serving dish.
Add honey, lemon juice, pecan pieces and gently stir to coat and mix.

Garnish with lemon zest. Enjoy!
