Fairly easy, very yummy eggrolls that my family goes nuts for. Definitely not as quick as the ones from the frozen section of your grocery store, but so worth the time …
In a larger mixing bowl, combine cole slaw, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger until all cole slaw is well covered with sauce. Allow to sit for about a half an hour to 45 minutes to let the cole slaw absorb all the yummy goodness.
Place about 2 tablespoons of your mixture onto a square pasta wrap and roll, taking care to make sure your ends are folded in so you don’t lose all your yumminess out the ends.
In a large skillet, heat your oil over a medium heat until hot enough that a water droplet dances across the top. Fry eggrolls in the oil for 5-10 minutes, making sure it’s brown and bubbly on both sides. Remove from the skillet and place on a plate with paper towels to soak up some of that oil.
Serve alongside a stir-fry or alone with some yummy dipping sauces.

May I ask what oyster sauce is, and where do I buy it?
Thanks! Janet
