This slaw is a snap to throw together if you’ve got a food processor with a slicing blade. It pairs so well with grilled meats and pulled pork sandwiches.

Shred the cabbage and the carrot and place them in a large serving bowl. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and toss it with the salad, coating everything evenly. Chill until ready to serve.
