Description

This is an easy recipe if you forgot to get that box of Rice-A-Roni at the grocery store.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Butter (salted)
  • 2 cups Rice
  • ¼ cups Angel Hair (vermicelli Pasta) Broken Into 1 Inch Pieces
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 Tablespoon Thyme, Rosemary, Italian Seasonings Or Your Preferred

Preparation

Melt the butter in a big pan. Add pasta and rice and sautee until pasta golden. Add spices and stir. Add chicken broth. (You can add a teaspoon of tumeric if you want a little color). Stir. Bring to a boil on high heat.
Cover. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir.

Serve. Eat. Enjoy.
