A low fat but delicious potato wedges recipe with only one tablespoon of oil!
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Wash potatoes. Cut potatoes into wedges and dry them in a clean dish towel.
Put the wedges into a large bowl. Mix the wedges with all of the remaining ingredients.
Arrange potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 30-40 minutes (depending on the size of the potatoes), turning once during baking.
