I can only find these little spuds once in a blue moon at a market in South Hampton, NY. Hence the name. This is a minimalist dish; the potatoes are so good they need not much.
Clean potatoes. Place in a large pot with water and boil over high heat for about 20 minutes until fork tender. Drain the potatoes and return to the pot over low heat. Add butter, dill, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover with a lid and with your hand on the lid, give the pot a really good couple of shakes and swirls to coat the potatoes. That’s it! Serve with any meat, poultry or fish. Enjoy!
