These grilled shrimp are a perfect side for any summer dish!
You will also need 2-3 kebab skewers.
In a large freezer bag or bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, salsa, Parmesan cheese, and dried chili flakes. Add the raw shrimp and toss to coat. Put bag/bowl in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes or until you are ready to eat.
Preheat grill on medium-high heat. Carefully place the shrimp on skewers one at a time. Before placing the shrimp kebabs on the grill, bring the heat down to medium. Place each skewer on the grill and grill the shrimp for approximately 3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked. Be sure to avoid overcooking them. Remove from grill to a clean platter. Once plated, garnish with fresh basil and parsley.
