This recipe is for the rice casserole that was served at the Stephenson’s Cider Mill/Apple Farm Restaurants – there were three in Missouri and one in Bella Vista, AR. They had many memorable items, but this was one of the best. Just delicious.
Mix rice, parsley, cheese, onion, green pepper and garlic in greased 2 qt casserole. Stir in remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes or until the consistency is that of a soft custard.
