Fresh simple Brussels sprouts recipe. Swap out the cabbage and serve these “baby” cabbages with corned beef this St. Patrick’s Day.
Drizzle olive oil in a medium-sized pan and heat over medium heat. Put the Brussels sprouts flat side down in the pan, and don’t stir them for about 2 minutes, so they get golden brown. Then saute them for 1-2 minutes longer to brown the rounded side, until they are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
