Description

A veggie dish you will have to stop yourself from eating. No, really.

Ingredients

  • 2 heads Cauliflower, Cored And Cut Into Florets
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Basil
  • 2 Tablespoons Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Olive Oil, To Drizzle On Your Pan And The Cauliflower As Desired

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450 F. Lightly drizzle some olive oil to coat a large shallow pan (I used a jelly roll pan). Evenly spread out cauliflower pieces in a single layer. Drizzle olive oil liberally over the cauliflower. Sprinkle with the spices and Parmesan cheese. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes!

I’ve been meaning to try roasting cauliflower, and today actually found it on sale! This is SO good! I love cauliflower in any form, but roasting will be my ONLY way to cook it from now on!

I like cauliflower no matter how it’s prepared, but this is by far the best! I actually ate the first batch so grudgingly shared the second. This is something I’ll be making at least once a week!
