A delicious potato alternative for your Thanksgiving table!
Cut potatoes in half vertically. Then carefully slice about 1/4 to 1/2-inch slabs until you have 8 pieces.
Using your leaf cookie cutter, press down on the potato firmly. Then remove the leaf cutout, discarding the rest of the potato. Liberally rub half of the leaves with Cajun seasoning and the other half with chili powder. Sprinkle all with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Place potatoes into the hot oil. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and enjoy!
