This is the best Creamy Vegan Mashed Potatoes recipe I’ve ever tried. It requires only the simplest of ingredients and it always turns amazing.
Rinse and peel potatoes. To make it go quicker, cut potatoes into chunks and cook in a pot of boiling water until tender.
When potatoes are almost done, melt vegan butter in a pan. Add minced garlic and cook for a few minutes while stirring. Set aside.
Drain potatoes and add vegan butter, garlic, almond milk, water and salt and pepper. Use a potato masher to mash the potatoes and mix everything together.
Serve hot and enjoy.
