Description

A yummy side dish and a good way to eat your corn!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Corn, Drained
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Creamed Corn
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 package (about 8.5 Oz. Package) Corn Muffin Mix (Jiffy)
  • ¾ sticks Melted Butter

Preparation

Mix all ingredients until combined well. Pour into a greased 9×13 baking dish. Cook at 350F for 45 minutes or until golden.

Top with shredded cheddar cheese for added flavor and cook an additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

This was really good, although a bit flat, like maybe it needed a smaller dish to bake in?

This is what makes Thanksgiving for me. If I could only eat one thing at the meal, forget the turkey and give me this!!! We leave off the cheese and it’s still absolutely heavenly.

This is my FAVORITE corn casserol! It is always a hit with my family and it is a fabulous potluck dish!. The only thing that is different in the way we make it is that we let it bake longer but on a lower temperature (320 for an hour) and it always turns out really moist and delcious.
