Silky smooth and full of bold garlic and lemon bursts of flavor!
Drain and rinse chickpeas and lay them out on a towel. Place another towel on top of the chickpeas and move the top towel back and forth a few times to loosen up the skins. Discard skins.
Place peeled chickpeas in the food processor. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until creamy. Enjoy!
