This is a wonderful flavorful rice that is delicious served with Creamy Baked Chicken or on it’s own.
Stir together chicken broth, butter, organge zest, lemon zest, and orange juice in a large saucepan; bring to boil over high heat. Stir in basmati rice; cover and reduce to low heat, cook 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. (You need to keep an eye on it and maybe stir gently to prevent sticking). Stir in chopped fresh basil. Garnish with orange and lemon slices and orange or lemon zest, if desired.
