Ready in just 30 minutes! It’s easy to make, and tastes just like Chipotle’s Cilantro Lime Rice. Perfect for burritos, bowls, or side dishes.
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Stir in rice and add bay leaf. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add water and salt. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes, or until moisture is absorbed.
Remove from heat. Let rice stand, covered, for 10 minutes. Remove bay leaf and discard.
Stir in lime juice and cilantro, and serve.
