Description

The best recipe for Cheesy Hash Brown Potatoes Casserole Recipe is a simple and easy potato side dish to feed any crowd for Christmas or Easter.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (32 Oz. Size) Frozen Shredded Hash Browns, Thawed
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 can (10 1/4 Oz. Size) Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • ½ cups Butter, Melted
  • ½ cups Chopped Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Pepper

Preparation

In a very large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Pour hash brown mixture into a greased 11 x 14 inch baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes:
• This can be baked in a 9×13 inch pan, just increase the baking time a little.
• Freezer friendly! Split the recipe between two 8×8 inch baking pans. Make one and freeze the other.
