Description

I love anything cheesy and green! This is easy to make and is so yummy,

Ingredients

  • 2 bags (10 Oz. Bag) Frozen Broccoli Florets
  • 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Condensed Cream Of Broccoli Soup
  • ¼ cups Milk
  • 6 slices Processed American Cheese
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Pepper
  • ¼ cups Butter, Melted
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cups Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli as directed on package (don’t overcook it) and drain.

Mix together soup, milk and cheese in a sauce pan on low heat and cook until cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place broccoli in a 9 by 13 inch oven proof dish. Pour cheese soup mix over the top. Mix melted butter with panko and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over broccoli mixture.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

I made this a while back and I followed the recipe exactly. The broccoli was so soggy that it was pretty much inedible. I think maybe it would have worked better if I hadn’t cooked it before baking it? I’m not sure, but I might try that next time. The sauce was good, but we couldn’t eat it due to the soggy broccoli.
