Cauliflower steaks are a simple tasty side that requires a minimal amount of work. Adjust the seasoning to your personal taste. You will be bowled over at how good cauliflower can taste.
In small bowl, whisk olive oil, garlic, parsley, paprika, onion powder, crushed red pepper, salt and black pepper.
Remove the leaves and trim the stem end of the cauliflower. Leave the core intact. Place the cauliflower stem side down on a sturdy cutting board. Cut 1/2-inch wide sections.
Brush both sides of the steak with the olive oil mixture and place on a well seasoned baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 20–25 minutes, flipping the steaks halfway through the baking process.
