A delicious roasted Brussels sprouts side dish with chopped bacon.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly spray a roasting pan with non-stick spray and place aside.
In a medium size bowl combine the chopped Brussels sprouts, olive oil, bacon, garlic, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until Brussels sprouts are evenly coated with oil and bacon is spread throughout.
Pour onto the roasting dish in a single layer and roast for 35-45 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are browned and bacon is fully cooked.

Greetings Alexis, I love this recipe! Since I am allergic to garlic I will have to omit that from your recipe. Going to make this over the weekend (I am having out of State company visiting). I will let you know how it turns out for me. Your TK Friend, Cheryl.
