Smooth, flavourful, and buttery, these beer butter mushrooms will have you salivating before they hit the plate!
Melt the the butter in a skillet.
Add the washed mushrooms to the skillet and toss them around to coat. Pour in the beer, and bring to a simmer on medium-low heat. Add the fresh herbs, sea salt and ground black pepper.
Poach the mushrooms for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
These are flavourful enough to serve as a side on their own, but you can add them to anything!
