Description

These bacon, egg and cheese deviled eggs are a next level twist on traditional deviled eggs! Easy to put together and a crowd pleaser at a Father’s Day cookout or on any summer dinner table.

Ingredients

  • 6 whole Eggs, Hard-Boiled
  • ⅔ cups Mayonnaise Or Miracle Whip
  • 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
  • 3 slices Bacon, Cooked Crisp
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Green Onion, To Taste

Preparation

Peel and halve eggs, removing yolks to a separate bowl.

Mash the yolks very fine with a fork, adding mayo or Miracle Whip and sour cream. Mix until smooth.

Add bacon, cheese and green onion if desired and chop or mix until all ingredients are well mixed. Fill each egg half with the mixture.
