Use fresh ingredients, or a bag of frozen veggies.
Whisk cornstarch, sugars, vinegar, water, chicken bouillon, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce together. Boil to thicken.
Steam veggies until tender-crisp. Stir in the sauce and serve immediately.
Note: Do not overcook the veggies or this dish will turn into a mushy disaster. Been there, done that.
