A delicious rice that would be great with a sweet dish or a savory dish.
In a large saucepan with a tight-fitting lid, melt the butter over medium heat until it’s a little brown. Add the rice and toast it, stirring it around in the butter, until the rice is brown on the edges. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil, then lower the heat, cover the pan and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the apple and simmer for 8 minutes longer. Add in parsley and serve.
