Description

Indulgent yet light, these chicken wraps have tons of flavor from ranch seasonings and cook quickly thanks to ground chicken. Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 pounds Ground Chicken
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Dill
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • ½ cups Butter
  • ¾ cups Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce Such As Frank's
  • Butter Or Romaine Lettuce Leaves For Serving
  • ¼ cups Torn Cilantro Leaves
  • 2 whole Scallions, Thinly Sliced
  • Gorgonzola Or Blue Cheese Crumbles For Serving

Preparation

Preheat a large skillet to medium-high heat with olive oil. Add ground chicken and cook, stirring as you go, for about 7 minutes. Break up the chicken into little bits during this time.

Add all of the spices to the chicken and stir for 2 minutes more to coat the chicken in the spices.

Add butter and hot sauce to the chicken mixture. Turn heat off and stir gently to melt butter and create a sauce. The butter mixture should coat the chicken but not be too soupy.

Taste chicken mixture and add more salt if it seems bland or more hot sauce if you like extra spice.

Serve the chicken with lettuce cups and cilantro, scallions, and cheese crumbles for building lettuce wraps. Enjoy!
