Can’t get to your favorite coffee shop? Keep this quick-to-fix-mix on hand and enjoy a steaming cup of White Chocolate Mocha at your leisure!
Heat cream in a saucepan until hot, but not boiling. Remove from heat. Add chocolates and let stand for 2 minutes; stir until well-mixed.
Store in a tightly covered glass jar in the fridge for up to one week. (But it’s doubtful it’ll last that long!)
To prepare one serving of White Chocolate Mocha, stir 1/4 cup of “mix” into 6 to 8 ounces of STRONG coffee. If desired, top with a dollop of sweetened whipped cream. Ahhhh….
