Originally a copy-cat recipe, now my own and very best Homemade Seasoned Salt. I usually double, triple or quadruple this recipe at a time.
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined or put all ingredients into a blender/ food processor and blend until all combined.
2. Place seasoned salt in a jar, Parmesan cheese shaker or Tupperware type container and use often!

This is very tasty! I used it on your faux-tisserie chicken and it was great. I can’t wait to try it on other recipes.

Hi Shari- I never liked curry powder either. You cannot taste it in this…but would be ok to leave out. As far as a replacement, it would depend on what part of the curry you don’t like. It is such a blend…tumeric would be the main replacement, but that is probably the part of curry you don’t like! Coriander, cumin, cardamom, fennel…pinch of cayenne. Any and all to equal 1 tsp would be the way to go. Good luck!

Everything sounds good to me except the curry powder. I’m sure I could just leave that out, but I’m wondering if you would recomment a substitute?
