I make several batches of these between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Something about the spices just says “holidays” to me. We always have these out in our home, and these also make great teacher or hostess gifts when placed in a decorative tin. And they couldn’t be easier to make!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Please, please use parchment paper, or you will never get the pecans off the baking sheet!
In a medium bowl, beat egg white with a fork until frothy. Add pecans to bowl and toss to coat evenly with the egg white. Add the brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice and toss to evenly coat pecans.
Pour pecans onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread them out so they are in a single layer. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until pecans begin to brown. Remove and slide parchment with pecans onto a cooling rack to cool completely.

I’ve done this before with cinnamon and sugar, which are ok. This sounds SO much better. I can’t wait to give it a try.

I made these yesterday, but instead of pecans I used almonds. Hubby is allergic to pecans. In using the almonds it turned out great! Simple easy recipe for the holidays. Thanks!

I just made these.. They are yummy! I think I might have left them in the oven a little too long though (I baked them for about 19 minutes). Thanks for the recipe!

I just made these and they turned out great! My kids love them and as soon as my hubby gets home, I’m sure he’ll gobble the rest up!

I’m so excited to have found this recipe. I’ve been looking for a recipe like this to add to my Christmas Treat Bags. I’m going to try these out tomorrow, but they sound delicious!
