A simple, tasty recipe for baked ham.
Mix orange juice and Dijon mustard. Baste ham (basting mixture will work for any size of ham). After basting, pat brown sugar on the ham. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Continue to baste with juice/mustard mixture. After 45 minutes of baking, remove the foil and allow the ham to brown to your personal taste.
