A “ghostly” hot chocolate recipe that’s super easy, too!
Add chocolate, milk and cinnamon to a saucepan over medium heat and cook until chocolate is melted. Turn it down a little if it tries to boil. Once chocolate is completely melted, pour it into your favorite mug and top with a marshmallow or dollop of whipped cream!
** You can use ANY type of chocolate you want. Use what tastes good to you! My husband’s favorite is baker’s white chocolate. It’s FANTASTIC for this recipe!
To make the “ghostly” marshmallow, just melt some chocolate and add it to a plastic bag, and pipe on a ghoulish face!
Optional Additions for Added Yum:
* Vanilla (or other flavor) extract
* Different flavored chips (caramel, etc)
* Peppermint stick to serve in mug
* Cinnamon stick to serve in mug
* A splash of heavy cream or half and half, added near the end for added creaminess.
