This fluffy, white mouthful of Christmas confection is a wonderful sweet cheese ball to serve at holiday parties. Serve with graham cracker sticks, gingersnaps, apple slices or your choice of goodies. This recipe is a holiday version of my chocolate chip cheeseball.
Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla together until smooth. Add sugars and beat until combined. Stir in chips, nuts, half of the coconut and cherries. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Form into cheeseball. Roll in the remainder of the coconut before serving.
Garnish with cherries and coconut. Serve with gingersnaps, graham cracker sticks, and apple slices.
