This treat is a staple around my mom’s house from Thanksgiving through New Year’s. It is super simple and super yummy!
In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate almond bark. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Microwave in 15-second intervals until melted.
Pop the bag of plain WHITE popcorn. Stir the popcorn into the melted almond bark. Once popcorn is thoroughly coated, pour onto waxed paper. Spread popcorn out so that it is as flat as you can get it. Top with red, white, and green sprinkles. (Or any other color sprinkles if you wish to enjoy this snack any time of the year.)

I haven’t tried this recipe but by plain white popcorn do you mean popcorn without any butter or salt?
