Woman on the Rocks (A Caribbean Cocktail)

Description
A refreshing Caribbean cocktail made with cucumbers, honeydew, lime and gin. Seriously yummy!
Ingredients
- 6 slices Cucumber (1/4 Inch Thick)
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Lime Zest
- 5 pieces Honeydew Balls (1-inch Balls), Carved With A Melon Baller
- 1-½ ounce, fluid Gin
- 1 teaspoon Simple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Lime Juice, Freshly Squeezed
- 3 cubes Ice
- 3 ounces, fluid Club Soda
Preparation
Muddle 4 slices of of cucumber, brown sugar, lime zest, and 3 balls of honeydew in a cocktail glass. Add gin, simple syrup and lime juice. Stir to combine. Add the ice. Garnish it with 2 slices of cucumber and 2 honeydew balls. Top it off with the club soda. Serve immediately.
