Description
A frothy and boozy blend of fresh watermelon, bright mint and zesty lime.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Seedless Watermelon Chunks
- ¼ cups Mint Leaves
- ½ cups Vodka (flavor Of Your Choice)
- ¼ cups Triple Sec Or Cointreau
- ¼ cups Lime Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar (or Simple Syrup)
- For Serving: Ice, Lime Wedge, Watermelon Chunk And/or Mint Sprig
Preparation
Place all of the ingredients (except those for serving) in the bowl of a blender. Pulse until smooth. Serve in a cocktail glass over ice with a wedge of lime, hunk of watermelon and sprig of mint.
