This cocktail pairs cognac and yellow Chartreuse with the tart acidity of baking apples to create a delicious herbal apple drink.
Combine all ingredients. Shake. Fine-strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with fresh apple slices with freshly grated cinnamon.
For the honey syrup:
Combine water and honey. Heat for 15 seconds in the microwave. Stir until honey has completely dissolved.
