This refreshing drink is perfect for those hot summer days!
Place 2 mint leaves in each compartment of two ice cube trays (24 compartments total). Fill with water and freeze.
Heat remaining 4 cups of water in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until water begins to steam and barely simmer, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat; add tea bags and steep 3 minutes. Discard tea bags. Add frozen lemonade concentrate and stir until dissolved. Set aside and cool slightly.
Place 12 mint ice cubes in a large pitcher and pour cooled tea over ice. Stir until ice cubes dissolve.
Serve tea mixture in glasses using remaining mint ice cubes. Garnish with lemon wedges.
