This salty sweet cocktail has a nice bite to it with the added preserved lemon juice. Try this for your next cocktail!
Pour all the ingredients over ice in a shaker tin. Shake and strain into a glass. Garnish with the pickled rind.
Note: Honey syrup is a simple syrup made of equal parts honey and water. For this I used a tablespoon of honey and a tablespoon of water. Heat them up in a sauce pan (or microwave safe container) and measure what is needed. If you use straight honey, it may clump up in the shaker and you won’t get the flavor. Make a bigger batch and keep it in the fridge to use as needed.
