Strawberry jalapeno tequila goodness.
Note: You can either infuse the tequila (1 bottle of 100 Blue Agave Blanco and 1 whole jalapeno cut into quarters for 24 hours) or buy a bottle of jalapeno-infused tequila. I prefer Tanteo Jalapeno. I also prefer Gosling’s Ginger Beer as it has an extra zing of ginger that really makes the drink pop.
In a mixing tin, muddle strawberries (minus the green tops), agave nectar and lime juice. Add one cup of ice then the jalapeno-infused tequila. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Strain into a 10 oz. goblet filled 3/4 of the way with ice. Top off with ginger beer. Garnish with a mint sprig.
Drink and enjoy!
