Description
This cherry and ginger cocktail is the perfect balance of sweet, flavorful and slightly spicy. It’s somewhere between a Tequila Sunrise and a Dark and Stormy.
Ingredients
- 1-½ ounce, fluid Blanco Tequila
- 5 ounces, fluid Ginger Beer (We Used Bundaberg)
- ½ ounces, fluid Lime Juice
- ½ ounces, fluid Cherry Heering (We Used Luxardo)
- 2 Maraschino Or Cocktail Cherries (For Garnish)
Preparation
Add tequila, lime juice and ginger beer to a Collins glass and fill with ice. Stir gently to mix. Add cherry heering and garnish with cocktail cherries.
