Description
This is a fun twist on a traditional cocktail, the screwdriver which is a basic recipe of orange juice and vodka poured over ice. This recipe however, adds an unexpected ingredient…jalapenos! When my husband first told me about this spicy drink I was skeptical, jalapenos in a cocktail? But he promised me they were good with a capital G, and boy was he right!
Ingredients
- 6 ounces, fluid Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
- 1-½ ounce, fluid Vodka
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Sliced Into Rings With Seeds Removed
Preparation
Pour ice into glass with 1 or 2 slices of de-seeded jalapenos (depending on how spicy you want it), break up slightly with the back of a wooden spoon then pour vodka and orange juice over ice and jalapeno mixture, stir and enjoy!!
