A protein-filled smoothie that tastes like a Snickers candy bar with the creamy consistency of ice cream. It’s no wonder the recipe is taped to our kitchen wall.
Toss the cottage cheese through PB2 into your blender, put the lid on and start it. Mix until blended. Blend in the ice a cube at a time and thicken to taste with xanthan gum, if desired. Pour into a glass and add toppings of choice.
